My first time logging in to blogger and post, in like 2months. lol. Many complaints about the blogskin. I wanted to change it during;-CNY, LAZY.-MARCH HOLS, LAZY.-AFTER MYE,LAZY.-JUNE HOLS, SCREWED UP. The other time i logged in, i was trying to change the blogskin, but then i screwed the whole system up, left there rotting. So let's just wait for christmas to arrive, and my blogskin will be as good as new. HAHAHA.So yeah, went to meet FYQ last night for dinner at mos burger. Wanted to catch TRANSFORMERS ( MEGAN FOX LEHH, HOW CAN MISS ), but all slots were selling like hotcakes, so we decided to chat at cafe cartel. Anyway, the HBL is redundant. I actually prefer to re-enter school instead of having an extra week of holidays. But actually that isn't a bad idea afterall, as we can catch the AYG LIVE AT OUR SCHOOL ISH. HAHAHAH. BUT, ALL SEC 4s HAVE TO RETURN TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY FOR REMEDIAL LESSONS. -_________________________________________________- ! what a timing the school planned, crashing on with many other activities already planned beforehand. Anyway, coming to AYG, i'm looking real forward to see spore's performance. Our average height is 185cm, and we're up against CHINA, average height, 190cm< Let's count the number of NON-BLOCKS spore will be getting, as the number of blocks will be countless, so no need bother counting.lol. JUST JOKING. later which ball crazy fan chanced upon this paragraph, i going kenna liao. HAHAHA. I WILL BE ROOTING FOR SINGAPORE ALL THE WAYYYYYYYYY. GOGOGO.

Sport- Love it or loathe it.
Sports is a way to relief stress, pursue one's interest, to shape a person's character and personality. The school I am currently in offers various sports programmes, which includes basketball, badminton, table-tennis, softball, netball and wushu. However, the sport that i enjoy most is basketball, and i believe that basketball has brought me to where i am today. It has not only moulded the character that I am, but it has also helped me gain my bosom buddies and my lean built.
It pays a price to be part of a champion team; You have to work hard and continue to strive and improve to prevent teammates from catching up. The first lesson I learned while being in this activity is discipline. You have to be punctual for trainings, obey and carry out orders and be aware of abusive languages. Crossing the line for any of these three orders will be dealt with dire consequences. Hence, this has shaped my character to be a discipline one, rarely late and carrying out oders successfully, a making of a leader.
Teamwork is also another important factor which I have brought from basketball and applying in real-life contect. Teamwork requires more than just hard work, it requires effort, team effort, and I strongly believe that teamwork needs constant practice, as practice makes perfect.
Recently, I was presented with the honour to be the logistics head for an upcoming sports performance, and I was given the opportunity to manage a team, to display teamwork and to allocate different jobs to the right people, assisting them in whatever way i can, a decision I believe will improve and help my insight in the future. This shows teamwork, where everybody are treated on equal terms, with a team effort, and not being individualistic.
In addition, I dare say I have achieved the skill of critical thinking and decision making from basketball, but not fully, yet. In an intense game, every move one makes will affect the end result, and one should execute the appropriate decision with caution, just like seeing your best friend embezzle company funds; to report his act or to remain silent, pretending nothing has happened. This will display one's integrity and decision making, and it has proved to be an important skill in today's context, to sort out the good and the bad, where only the creme de la creme will survive, not physically, but mentally, in a world full of backbiting and cunning deals.
Furthermore, sports has remained the main hub where i get to know all my friends. Coming from a sports class, I get to experience the warmth and straightforwardness of a sports player. I have many non-sport friends who admire the special bond sports students share with one another, standing up for one another under difficult situations. The reason is simply because we are from the sports family, with the same blood flowing through our veins.
Sport has since made me a happier person, with greater determination. Besides blessing me with a circle of close friends, sports has also increased my determination, never to give up before trying. As the saying goes, " You are never a loser until you quit trying".
In conclusion, I love sports, the one that moulded and shaped the current me. If I were to live my life once again, I would choose to remain as a sports player, for the privilege, experiences and friendships I get will be world's aprt if I were a non-sports player.
Read: This piece of composition is not against any other non-sports player. I have nothing to post, so i just wanted to show what sports meant to me.
